What happens when I sign up for a new rate?
Once an enrollment with a new supplier is submitted by Arbor, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your supply plan. The new rate will be on your utility bill in the next 1-2 billing cycles.

Will I have to get a new meter or buy any new equipment?
No new equipment is necessary. Switching suppliers is seamless.

How does Arbor make money?
Arbor receives a referral fee from energy supply partners when customers switch to a new supply rate.

Can I switch back to my old rate?
