## Who can sign up for Arbor?

Anyone who pays an electricity bill can sign up for Arbor, as long as they live in an area with competitive electricity markets. This includes CT, DE, IL, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, and Washington DC. Within those territories, some areas are served by utilities that do not allow competitive energy rates.
